An international sweets factory organizes a yearly event. For this edition, they came knocking at The ROC, because it was time for ‘something else’. It was an evening at the circus where entertainment, fun and casual dining stood central. At The ROC, we incorporated the idea; we were responsible for the event production, the concept, the acts, the entertainment content and so on. The baseline of the event later became also the baseline of the HR department and is still being used in internal communication.
