The ROC processes your personal information (surname, first name, address, email address and VAT No.) for customer management, based on the contractual relationship resulting from your task/order placed, in the framework of various legal obligations (our liability, duty to retain data, accountancy laws), and for direct marketing (perhaps to offer you new services) on the basis of our justified business interest. Any processing is always performed by the business manager.

Please note that in order to safeguard our services, we cannot delete your information during the performance of the task granted to us/execution of the order. In the context of our legal obligations, on termination of the task (where applicable, by you), we are obliged to retain your personal information for a further 10 years. We only retain and archive that information relating to you which is required in the context of our legal obligation.

We are obliged to inform you that we may pass on your personal information to third-party bodies in the context of the task granted to us, and in order to fulfil our legal duty. Please feel free to consult us concerning this, and we will notify you of the bodies where your information is located.

If you do not wish us to process your information for direct marketing purposes, simply let us know at erwin.dielens@theroc.eu. You can also contact this address to ask which of your information we process, or to have it rectified or erased (the latter, in as much as possible in the context of the task granted us/order placed and under the law).

If the information which you have given us is incorrect and you request that it be corrected, you may, wherever possible, request a limitation of information processing.

Wherever reasonably possible, all services performed in the context of rights granted to you by the General Data Protection Regulation are free of charge.

If you disagree with the manner in which we process your information, please contact the data protection committee: Commissie voor de bescherming van de persoonlijke levenssfeer, (at Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels – Belgium).
